About

Annamarie T. DiLeo has dedicated nearly a decade of her career to corporate transactions, litigation, tax advisory, and dispute resolution for organizations of various sizes. Her notable work as a corporate advisor includes Fortune 500 organizations, Private Equity funds, midmarket corporations, and closely held businesses.


As an entrepreneur herself, Annamarie’s specialties include corporate tax advisory and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, buy and sell side M&A advisory, and dispute resolution and shareholders rights. She brings a unique ability to favorably advise clients of high net worth based on her experience as business owner. Annamarie’s successful legal track record and incredible client relationships is only enhanced by her entrepreneurial upbringing. Growing up in her family’s hospitality business, she saw first-hand the struggles and successes of business owners and professionals. This intimate understanding of businesses allows her to bring an unrivaled focus and passion to her clients.


By leveraging her vast experience passionately helping professionals and corporations, Annamarie takes a strategic, creative approach to corporate litigation matters related to shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract claims, and other litigious matters that arise in the course of business.


Throughout her legal career, Annamarie has experience negotiating, litigating, and resolving numerous matters both in court and out of court and is known for her innovative approach to developing solutions for her clients, both personally and professionally. 


On the client’s personal side, Annamarie has proven success representing professionals and high net-worth individuals on a variety of widespread issues of matrimonial and family law including property distribution and division of assets, maintenance, child support and custody and visitation matters.


Annamarie earned her LL.M. with Honors in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
